Rankings of Economics Departments

As an applicant for graduate programs, there are many constraints that he/she needs to put in when choosing a place to apply. It could be attrition rate, funds, social activities (since 4 or 5 years of graduate life is quite long) - just a few - other than the reputation of the economics department. However, on top of that the quality of the economics department would certainly have a heavy weight. There are a number of ranking systems of economics departments.
